The Challenge
Simba Sleep, a certified B Corp and one of the UK’s leading sleep brands, is on a mission to make sleep more accessible. This includes making sleep more accessible to important communities such as Students and NHS Workers, by offering exclusive discounts and rewards.
However, their approach to gated offers was fragmented. Managing multiple third-party providers led to inconsistent shopper experiences, limited performance visibility and an over reliance on partners outside their control. Eligible customers were often unaware of the offers available to them, resulting in missed opportunities, refund requests and a disjointed customer journey. On top of this, Simba lacked the data and insight required to segment the specific audiences effectively and personalise their campaigns.
The Solution
With Gocertify, Simba can now verify and reward all of their key groups (Students, NHS workers and other key groups) through a single platform that gives them full control over their offers and the shopper journey.
Beyond verification, Gocertify enables Simba to capture rich first-party data with every offer that is claimed -including contact details, occupation, and marketing permissions. This data syncs directly into Klaviyo via Gocertify’s native integration, powering targeted email and SMS campaigns that have significantly lifted performance.
Working closely with Simba, Gocertify has helped increase visibility across the site, using On-Site Messaging to promote offers to the right shoppers.

We saw results and numbers in days. The implementation was fast, painless and genuinely slick - something most providers promise but rarely deliver.
